I'm wanting to make a site (I have the logo made already) similar in operation to tickld.com. In other words, users can sign up and submit a certain type of information which show up under "new". Users vote whether they like it or not and there's a "top all time" and "top this month" which show the highest rated submissions in order.
I'd like it to be simple and really easy to understand and navigate. So simple and obvious that old people could figure it out easily.
I need someone to build it for me. How much would that cost?
