change to Skadate script

Im looking for someone thatknows how the skadate script works. I have too many profiles and my auto emails are not being sent out because. the server runs out of memory.

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 230686720) (tried to allocate 79 bytes)

I need someone that can change the page to allow me to split the load to everyday or so to not send to everyone, but just who i pick. these are cron jobs. Need some one good with cron, php, and SQL and Skadate

let me know what u have in mind and what you can do. also if you have worked with skadate before and what u have done to there script
