Changing Host Server Within GoDaddy

Hello , I have a web host account within GoDaddy and 3 domains are link to it .. 1 of the domains has two sub domains are set with word press and linked to two different databases another domain is set with vanilla forum and linked to a data base and the third domain has two sub domains and has three WordPress set and linked to two different data bases.
I want to purchase a new hosting plan within GoDaddy and move all the domains and files and the databases to the new hosting plan with minimum off line time for the web site. And in the end I want my websites work like before and not been effected by the transfer.
So the backup and restore will include all the files on the old hosting plan
Around 5 databases
And 4 WordPress websites and 1 vanilla forum to be moved.
