Add vector design files to PSD mock ups

We have batches of 100 t-shirt designs at a time which need to be placed correctly onto Photoshop product mock ups (Mens T-Shirt, Womens T-Shirt, Sweatshirt, Hoodie & Vest) each product has various different colours. We already have a photoshop action made for each product .
All what is needed done is to import the vector design into photoshop resize and place the design correctly on the mock up, Then hit the play button to start the photoshop action, The action will save the jpg design onto each colour of t-shirt (It will also name the files) Once you get to the end of the batch of design files you then must add them to the next product mock up . There is 5 product mockups in total. All files will then be uploaded to our server.
This will be an ongoing employment , The successful candidate should be able to complete a batch of 100 designs in a 24 hour time period. This is very important as we need the images asap after they have been designed. (It currently takes us approx 7 hours to process a batch of 100 designs) You will also have to communicate with my designer.
Photoshop skills is a must for this project
