Biddings in many proggramming languages will be accepted (C#, C++, Delphi, JAVA, VB...) we will value a development in any multiplatform language such as JAVA (this will allow us to run the software in more machines... under linux, Win, Mac OS....) but suggestions will be accepted. We will create a website for the final customers where they can login to see their "points" and "discounts" based on previous purchases (next purchase can be cheaper based on purchases history and all purchases adds points to the customer) so this software must be able to connect to an external BBDD through internet (or to a local one configuring the IP as localhost or [login to view URL])
The project consists on creating a software for a point of sale (usable in many sectors, shops, restaurants, clubs), the interface must be easy to control with a touchscreen too, the software must allow to...
* Add/Remove/Modify Categories of products (name, little picture)
* Add/Remove/Modify Taxes (tax name, %)
* Add/Remove/Modify Workers with an optional personal pass (name, little picture, pass)
* Add/Remove/Modify Customers (Code, Pass, Name, ID doc, email, Mobile Phone, Address and not much more)
* Add/Remove/Modify Products (name, model, price, little picture, tax)
* A screen for SALES, (i.e. select worker, product, product, product... Close ticket) Allowing to cancel some ticket.
* A screen to see the sales and TOTAL between two given days (default current day)
The project dialogs must be in an external file (.txt/.ini) to allow us to easily translate it to spanish. All spanish chars must be supported (áéíóúçñÇÑÁÉÍÓÚÖö¿¡)
Some fields/tables and minor features can be added during the development of this project, we will appreciate a developer who can collaborate with us with ideas to improve it.
We will provide BBDD hosting and table structure (if needed)
