Create C# Application to Perform Perspective Transformation of User Defined Coordinates

Looking for a simple C# app that would allow a user to input a rectangle (quadrilateral drawn in perspective, points 1, 2, 3, 4 in attached image) and then another quadrilateral inside of that one (points a, b, c ,d). Then the user clicks a button to transform both quadrilaterals to a birds-eye view, displaying the new coordinates of the inside quadrilateral on-screen (a1, b1, c1, d1). The dimensions of the outside rectangle are pre-defined.
