I have a client application written originally in VBA based on an Excel spreadsheet that through a series of macros (in VBA version) populates a webpage through InternetExplorer. I also have it re-written in C#. I'd like someone to rewrite it to provide the same functionality in PHP and be server based. I'm sure there will have to be a grid/spreadsheet library to replace the Excel spreadsheet that is used in the client version. It will also have a small database (possibly in compressed xml) to hold the configuration parameters. The project would also include a secure login/verification screen to a mysql client database.
