AD Agency Software Needed Urgently

I need an ad agency software, of which snapshots are available and will be provided to the short listed only.
I need this to be developed in a week time and good and suitable freelancer would be hired either today or tomorrow.
Also please let me know about the online and offline version of the same software if possible in which if the release orders given offline from the office and same given online does not get stuck.
Give your views and my budget is between 100-200usd.
The software must be provided with coding to me, to make further changes in the same and also it should be working only on entering key as it is in Microsoft Office Set up or windows setup it asks for verification key.
And I must be able to change the ad agency name on my admin section, if I provide the same software to different agency wise.
The functionality is not so big it is just simple coding based.
