Convert PSD file to HTML using Twitter Bootstrap CSS

Hello,
This project objective is to convert 2 PSD files (1 for a simple login page and 1 for an horyzontal main menu bar) into HTML files that need to be compatible with Twitter Bootstrap CSS framework.
*Login page includes one logo centered in a solid background colored header panel, one square form including user and password fields, "Forgot password?" link and Login button on top of a simple and very schematic picture. A solid background colored footer completes the page. Pleae note that form part must be centered horyzontally and vertically between header and footer panels. Page must resize nicely.
* Maine menu: This horyzontal main menu has 8 selections possible. Two of them have submenus. One submenu with 2 option, the other with 5 split in 3 groups. Main menu is located on top of each page of the site and is not scrolled.
Projects deliverables will be integrated into existing Bootstrap CSS HTML pages for enhancement. PSD files and further instructions will be provided to the awarded candidate. Payment immediately released upon passing test procedure.
