Android developer

Hello. I have a first project to develop on android system. I also have some other ideas, so i'd like to find a collaborator to assign on going the new tasks i need on hourly projects. If i can find a good price i'll do that. Otherwise i'll look for a collaborator each time using fixed price job (that's why you'll find a similar job in fixed price version). I need, to choose, a quote of the amount of hours and the hour cost. (how much i'll spend for this project, pratically).

The tablet I have has Android 2.2. Later i could buy a new one.

What I want to develop is a kind of chronometer and remainder.

1) The tablet will be Wifi connected to a LAN (if it's a problem i could connect it also via cable) where I’ll put some data. These data will be used by the tablets, so I can simply change the data via PC, and not change the data for each tablet. The tablet will be up to 10.

2) Chronometer:

a. It will display very big time with: 1 digit for hour, 2 digits for minutes and 2 digits for seconds. No decimal needed.

b. The display will be placed on landscape mode .You can see, for reference, the app on landscape mode Stopwatch [login to view URL];feature=search_result

c. Before start the chronometer I will choose from a list a code: the code is listed on a file on the LAN (so I can change it easily). For each code there are 2 times correlate. Let’s call them Medium Time and Max Time. I simply choose a code and then I click on START.

d. When the chronometer start to count the background is green. Once the time elapsed reach Medium Time the background switch to yellow, once the time elapsed switch to Max Time the background switch to red.

3) Remainder:

a. Before allow the user to click on Start to launch the chronometer I show on full screen mode a message and I have to dismiss it clicking on a button. If the message is long the written can slide to show it all.

b. Once I started the chronometer the windows will be split. The upper part with the chronometer wider as we can, the lower part a short strip where the text before I dismissed continue to be shown, sliding. And more the button to STOP the chronometer.

c. The text for the remainder will be taken from the LAN, for each tablet there will be different message.

d. For reference on landscape mode you can see the app Speed Reader Lite ([login to view URL];feature=search_result). This one already can take a text from a file .TXT (I've not tried it yet from a LAN, but it works reading from an USB)

4) External button:

a. The chronometer will be able to start only if an external button is pressed. An external button like the mouse left button.

b. I can choose an Idle Time, where if I press the mouse button but I don’t start the chronometer after this Idle time the tablet will start to Play a Sound and display an Alert message.
