To whom it may concern,
I am Stefan Gauci-Scicluna, Company Director of 2 micro-companies with very few transactions per year.
We are 2 Directors (UK residents) of Gauci Magri Tradings Ltd and Gauci Magri Investments Ltd, and we are looking for a UK Certified accountant who can help us on our accounts and who can deal with HMRC.
-) Gauci Magri Tradings Limited (established in 2019) is a trading business with up to 20 inputted transactions per year only
-) Gauci Magri Investments Ltd is a BTL property investment company for 2 properties - Up to 30 inputted transactions per year only
We use Xero and Kashflow for our bookkeeping
We also work as self-employed and we prepare the P&L ourselves
We have no employees
I'd like to have a yearly quotation for your accountancy services for the following:
Submission of our 2 Personal Tax Returns to HMRC- We prepare our P&L for you to prepare and submit to HMRC
Inputting and Reconciliation of Companies Transactions in Xero and Kashflow on quarterly basis
Preparation and Submission of Final Company Accounts for HMRC and Companies House for the 2 Companies
Any other required accountancy services required by HMRC and Companies House
Communication is key for us. We require answers within a maximum of 48 hours throughout the the whole year, except in major events. Moreover, we only pay after confirming the cost of any job.
