scan database and return the recipe with the specified ingredient
Able to autocomplete the ingredient from by scanning from the dynamodb database
A function that pulls a list of ingredients from the database.
So we know what ingredients users are able to search across
A function to pull recipes that include all ingredients based on user input
A function that will either call a file or a rest endpoint based on which recipe is selected
This will allow us to populate a recipe page
