**Project Description:**
We are seeking experienced freelancers who have a proven track record in developing native dashcam apps and backend server solutions. The goal of this project is to create a native Android and iOS app for a dashcam device operating on Android v5 and higher. The app should have the following key functionalities:
1. Livestream Video and Audio
2. Real-time Vehicle Location Display on Google Maps
3. Screenshot Capture Capability
**Frontend Requirements:**
- Multi-language support (LTR and RTL languages)
- User-friendly native UX/UI design to avoid future conflicts
- Reference app: "CarAssist Go!" available on App Store and Google Play Store
**Backend Requirements:**
- Knowledge of backend server systems for dashcam devices, potentially utilizing CMSV6 (knowledge of alternatives is also valuable)
- Develop backend server related software
- Configure backend server to support the app's functionality
**App Features:**
1. Connects via WiFi hotspot and 4G SIM card for continuous streaming
2. Streams live video, audio, and GPS data
3. Displays vehicle location on Google Maps
4. Allows users to capture screenshots
5. Compatible with Android v5 and higher
6. Multi-language support for a diverse user base
**Deliverables:**
1. Native Android and iOS app source code
2. Backend server related software
3. Backend server configuration for optimal performance
4. Documentation for both the apps and backend, including setup instructions, API documentation, and technical details
5. Assistance with app deployment, if necessary
**Proof of Experience:**
