Hello fellow developers of the world, good morning. I need a system for the best prices you could give me, be reasonable please :) Alright so I need a website, which has a landing page for an e-counselling. The idea is to have this around schools, colleges, universities to have a brief chat, incognito chat or book a slot as per hour set by the admin and manage the counsellors. If the counsellor reads the students profile and decides to chat, he/she can, otherwise respond to the slot being taken by the counsellor. Else provide an option to check availability of other counsellors. This is to promote rotation in it's department so other counsellors can get involve.
Alright as for the storage, lets have a localhosted database. Language built onto of python flask linking to web browser. Which can then be CSSsed to mobile, tablet viewing experience. So frontend HTML Landing page, combined with login functionality. If there's other stack, do suggest we're hoping to listen as well. I'm trying to get this project done under RM 1000. It's frankly a simple task which can be achieved with HTML JS PYTHON SQL but lets see what the developer community can come up with.
