Report designing in HTML & converting it into PDF using asp.net with css intact

need to design the page, and to be converted in PDF in asp.net.
we are facing issue, since during conversion from HTML; the css is lost.
The converted HTML/PDF Page would be dynamic; based on values from the database.
The PDF would also have a trend x-axis graph, already being created using asp.net
Designing also needs to be articulate and impressive.
