110806 - Exterior 3D Architectural Rendering - House

I need a hi resolution rendering of a single family house. I have CAD data, and sketches (watercolor renderings). I would like a 3D, semi-photorealistic rendering from a high angle. The deliverable is a hi-res image (bitmap or uncompressed jpg). We will provide the files and art direction.
