Looking for help or hire for making a game editor *creation* tool.

I want to create a simplified table editor creation tool for all kinds of game data, but i'm a noob at C# and need help. I can already clearly explain what it is i need, how i want it, and what it should look like. Its just as a noob it will take me a long time to create, and it seems more productive to ask for help.

This is much easier to convey when directly speaking to someone, but i just want a mostly normal, basic editor, that the end user can put in a file, row length, and start byte (aka base address). It will take the file, and spit out a list of rows on the left side, and an "entry" for every column. On the left side is a row selector, so lets say we click row 5, and there is 10 entrys (IE columns of data). Each entry has a Label (Default named Unknown, the user can rename this per entry) and a input field (Default is a number input). The user can right click an entry, for a data inspector, showing the info in a few other formats at once, and have the option to change the input type from number, to something like a dropdown list, big dropdown list, checkbox, and much later on text, although text is not needed right now.

Next is the important part, the editor's main screen's save button saves both the open file being edited, and the the editor *itself* to a json or similar. When the editor saves itself, it saves each entry, the entrys current label, and current input type, etc. When loading an editor, it loads these, recreating the editor. This part is the core of the editor, the ability for an end user, to make it's OWN editor, save it, share it, and have others load it. With this, a data table for nearly any game can be loaded, sorted, labeled, and shared easily, in a automatic way that creates editors for games.

I could be wrong, but i estimate anyone with 1 year experience and how what arrays are or JSON files and how to use them, and has used visual studio, is probably good enough.

as far as i can tell, a simple table editor for hex literally doesn't exist. Theres so many specialized game specific table editors, but nothing for just creating your own. i have no idea why this does not exist and it's immensely angering, and i would really like full help making a tool like this. The closest example to this i could find across the internet after interviewing lots of major groups, is a tool called Nightmare, and it called the files it loads to make the editor Nightmare modules. However, nightmare is disgustingly outdated, it lacks almost all flexibility, it's very ugly, the user must create the file by hand rather then in the editor, and it's literally less quality then creating a google sheet by hand. Google sheets are slow, painful, and this tool would massively improve workflow, and help create communities for different games.

If my payment isn't enough, i don't mind talking about a commercial release, as i know full well it would be a well sought after tool, and the nearest neighbor tool 010 editor, sells for 40$. (although it's a hex editor and not a standard editor, but hopefully you get the point. Maybe not, it's probably easier to answer direct questions on this then to explain upfront)
