Pattern Matching using Hash

Objective = I multiple pattern files which are stored in patterns folder and i have input files which has data files.
for each pattern files i need to create hash which then will be stored in master file , which later can be used to search for pattern against input file. attached are sample input and pattern folder. i need someone is expert in pattern matching. i have bigger work if this concept demo works out.
as for values in C(x) , you need to consider only if they are positive or negative for matching and not the actual values.
