I need to customize a starter theme to have an own starter theme as i need. I need a very simple header (logo on the left and menu on the right, hamburger on mobile). and a very simple footer with text on the right and left). Then I need to integrate a control panel (example kirki?) that can allow me to have control over the header and choose whether sticky, if fixed, if transparent, size and font and logo choice.
