Help with using tools already coded in Phyton

I am trying to use a suite of tools for analyzing measurements of wind data. The tools have been coded in Phyton. I have some of the tools working, but the task of getting more of the tools to work I am finding difficult. The code is available free from Github. I have many years as a user of PC software and tools. I have some experience many years ago in writing Basic programmes, and having been using using a PC for many years to support technical work of physics and an engineering.
