I have a 5-page questionnaire that I need to do hand data entry.
Only numbers will be entered, e.g. 1 = “yes”, 2 = “No” or very bad 1 2 3 4 5 very good
Each questionnaire has a unique ID number and will be in batches of 100
Each questionnaire will be entered by two different people.
I need a MS Access program that will do the following:
Allow data entry of 100 questionnaires.
When the data has been entered by two different people, the application will compare the two data sets for discrepancies.
During the comparison, If a difference is found a message will appear on the screen. Like
Questionnaire 93, Item 34: Entry A = 1; Entry B = 2 Correct = _____ (and here the operator will pull #93 from the batch, look at item 34 and make the correction.
The application will also keep track of how many mistakes Person A and Person B make.
20 years ago I wrote a program like this, but now have forgotten how to do it.
