DNS utility

We are looking for a developer to develop a website which can display the DNS records of a domain like mail exchange (MX), nameserver (NS), Domain registration information with expiry information, SSL certificate information, Sender Policy Framework (SPF), DMARC, DKIM. This will help the user to find and look up their DNS information. Also, we want to provide them a reminder service which sends notification to the user about any changes that occur in regards to their DNS information, which will be a chargeable service with different payment plans. The user should get to choose the frequency of notifications related to any change in the information. The user can choose notifications daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly also the user can also set at what time they want to receive the notifications according to their time zone.
