Dear Friends,
I want to balance load on my 3 phase generator because of my load is very fluctuating it is not possible to balance it using equal distribution over all phases. I need a micro controller based circuit which can take reference of load through 60/5 CT and can put a dummy load using heating coil on each phase to make those equal. The minimum limit of each phase is 30 amps while max is 60 amps. I will use 3 heating coils of 30A each on each phase.
Some of the examples are
Eg1:
R=20A Y=10A B=20A then DR=10A DY=20A DB=10A where DR, DY, DB are dummy load on each phase using heating coil of 30A each phase. Because we have to maintain minimum 30A on each phase.
EG2:
R=30A Y=30A B=20A then DR=0A DY=0A DB=10A where DR, DY, DB are dummy load on each phase using heating coil of 30A each phase. Because we have to maintain minimum 30A on each phase.
EG2:
R=40A Y=39A B=45A then DR=5A DY=6A DB=0A where DR, DY, DB are dummy load on each phase using heating coil of 30A each phase. Because we have to maintain minimum 30A on each phase.
If you need flow chart, I can provide you without problem. This circuit should have 10 seconds cycle. Initialization time should not be more than 10 Seconds.
Working prototype should be provided to me. I will only provide heating coils and CT.
