User content driven - repost

I have a project in mind to convert my existing site from an open cart setup. Currently the site content can only be uploaded by administrators. I would like to convert it to allowing users to easily upload their content and be billed on the front end for it. There will be two types of users to the site Buyer and Seller.

User number 1 is the Seller... User visits the site creates an account I bill them once for creating an account. User goes through some form of verification process similar to craigslist and now approved to use the website. User then decides they want to upload content to the site for sale I bill them every time they upload an ad. Ads are preframed with dropdown windows only allowing users to upload content that corresponds to the respective drop down window. Sellers can also add their personal social media link to their account which will be visible to registered users only.

User number 2 is the buyer. Unregistered user visits the site and is able to browse but can only see the titles of items that are for sale. They cannot see the contact information for sellers nor can they see pictures of sellers ads. User is prompted "To see content you must be a registered user" User decides to create an account an account. Creating an account for a buyer is the same process as creating an account for a seller. Once registered the user can see all of the ads listed. Now users can communicate via private instant messenger to reach an agreement on payment and pickup location.

Seller and Buyer figure out payment transaction on their own we are not involved in the payment process.
