The employer could be a large corporation requiring non-core tasks to be performed such as training, data inputting or market surveying, it could be a medium sized business requiring outsourced accounting or janitorial services, a small sized business needing specific research to be performed, a garment factory needing manual stitching operations that could be performed at home or a private individual requiring a task to be performed on his house such as baby sitting, painting or lawn mowing.
The employee could be a full time worker looking for after hour employment to supplement his income, she could be a house bound homemaker looking to work out of home at her own time or he could be a freelancer in New York performing a task for a company in California. The employee could be a student taking pictures of isles in a supermarket for a competing FMCG company, a full time employed accountant taking side jobs after hours to supplement her income or a school teacher giving private classes to students at home in her free time.
