Fix an image get script, it works 1 day and not the next?

Hi, i have a script that i select a day, and then how many days to get the images for and press go, it then gets all the images then turns into an animated gif.
The script works perfectly fine one day, then the next it doesnt, like yesterday it worked fine, today it doesnt. I jsut want someone to look at it and work out why it doesnt always work, I DONT WANT A SCRIPT MAKING OR REWRITING!
