Convert Simple Blogger Template to Responsive / Mobile Friendly / SEO Friendly

I need someone who can convert blogger template to responsive template so it can be displayed correctly (proportional, not too small, not too big, visually appealing) on mobile device, and also make it SEO Friendly. The template is very simple ( look at [login to view URL] 234) - No design just resizing
For the menu page button, It will be resized to adapt the screen right, and it wont be enough space, but i want to keep it one line, if there is space needed it can slide to the right
And the last, for post page option (look at [login to view URL] 234) in blog post gadget, some of them are not functioned correctly: when it is enabled it not showed on the actual blog, and for the share button is not displayed aligned to the left, please make these component always aligned to the left. please fix it.
