Customize a mega menu on shopify

I have an app called "Globo mega Menu" through my shopify account and it has helped me create a very complex menu, which looks great on desktops, laptops and wide horizontal view tablets... but not so much on vertical tablets and I am wondering if there's a way to just have it replace my nav menu that i have named "main-menu-mobile" for the desktop, laptop and wide tablets, but not for mobile phones and vertical tablets. The mega menu is too complex for those smaller devices.
