"Cartoon Baby Book Illustrations Needed"

I'm embarking on an exciting project to create a baby book that showcases safe sleep messages in a family setting and scenes. To bring my vision to life, I'm seeking a talented illustrator to depict these elements in a cute, cartoony style.
The overall theme of the book is focused on the factors that promote safe sleep. Therefore, characters to be included in the book are the baby and various family members. No specific imaginary characters or pets are needed.
Ideal applicant should possess the following skills & experience:
- Proven experience in creating cute, cartoony illustrations, ideally in children's books.
- Ability to create engaging, child-friendly characters based on descriptions and/or photos.
- The intent is for this book to be multicultural.
The project features approximately 16 pages, so I'm looking for someone who can contribute consistently across all these pages while meeting stipulated deadlines. Upon awarding the project I will provide a brief of each scene/picture to be depicted. Estimates of work required and costings would be pre-agreed as a payment milestone for each image/page.
Payments will be made once the work has been sighted and deemed satisfactory.
If you think you're the right fit for this project, I'd love to explore further! Please include samples of previous work that exhibit your talent of creating cute, cartoony family member and baby illustrations in a home setting. I don't have a set style in mind and awarding this project will be based on your samples and whether the style and colouring is appropriate to depict the 'story' - i.e. child's story promoting safe sleep messages.
