Our current website is available at www.mh-loan.com. Other websites with the same type of content are [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], & www.refimymobile.com. However, I feel that these sites are a bit drab compared to other conventional mortgage sites out there. I am looking for someone with more of an eye for design and graphics. Please have examples of design work. The content currently on this site is from a basic template. I would like a redesign with a fresh, professional look. Something a bit closer to the templates seen at [url removed, login to view] under real estate. Please take just a moment to look through my site as well as the sites that I have mentioned to see what I want and if it's what you can provide. While my current site has a flash animation, this is not necessary but would be nice to incorporate just a little flash with some manufactured home images. I may list a seperate project for this flash animation later. Also, it will help if you include a site that has a basic example of what you have in mind. What I'm looking for here is mainly design and graphics work.
While I realize the whole website cannot be set up in this budget range, I will be needing a database in the future for this site. This will have a login for clients to submit an application and check the status of their application as well as an admin section with lead management. So when designing the layout of the site, this should be kept in mind.
I am sorry to say I've decided to postpone this project in lieu of other project we had lined up. I will be reposting the information on elance.com in the near future.
