Write a powershell script wich monitors the harddisks and send sms with messagebirds API

I need a powershell script wich will connect to a local ESXi environment and checks the status of the harddisks. If a harddisk is malfunction or unknown it should send a SMS with the API of messagebird.
The connection with VMware is trough the vSphere PowerCLI for so far i know.
Probably not to difficult for you, but if you can finish the job quickly and for a good price, there could be more request in the future.
