Runescape Private Server Developer - Java

If you have ever played and or are familiar with the game "Runescape." I own a Runescape Private Server and am looking for a full time developer. Now when i say full time I don't mean working 30-40 hours a week, I am looking for someone who can devote a few hours a day some day, and around 15 hours or so a week to this project. Some days you will have nothing to do even. Just small bug fixes that arise and adding new content here and there. If you are fast and efficient you will be sitting on you but getting paid :D
Requirements: Must be familiar with Runescape, if you are un familiar, we can work that out. I would prefer someone who is very fluent and skilled with the English language, as with this job it is more long term and requires a ton of communication. You must be skilled with java and being able to create content that is flawless. No half ass things. And you must be able to do it in a timley manner.
NOTE: The price listed is not the exact price, just a rough average for now, the monthly pay will be negotiated.
