280415 vBulletin Mod - Latest Threads

Hi,

I am looking for a programmer who can create a vBulletin add-on to my site. The add-on should be able to show the latest active threads/display Live feed on a non vB html page, which means that it should be able to show these on main page while the board itself is in a map. The end result should be something similiar found at top of http://www.diskusjon.no.
