Insightly set up

I’m wanting to set up a workflow using a CRM (maybe Insightly) so a team of consultants who all mobile can better manage applicants for a trial.

This is an outline of the workflow

1. Applicants will submit their contact details via a form on our website.

2. Ideally these details would be automatically added to a contact database within Insightly (or another CRM that you may suggest).

3. The CRM would generate an email confirmation to the applicant

4. Each applicant would be assigned to one of 5 consultants on a round robin basis.

5. The assigned consultant would be notified via their iPhone that they have a new applicant to contact. Ideally the CRM would be available on an iOS app.

6. The assigned consultant would have access to all applicants in the campaign, from their iphone.

7. The assigned consultant would call the applicant and interview them, then update the ‘status’ of the applicant within the CRM (using iPhone)

8. Statuses would need to be customised and include:

a. Not yet contacted

b. Not suitable for trial

c. Referred to clinical site

9. We’d then want the ability to generate a report showing all applicants and their status.

10. Ideally there would be a central console / dashboard where a supervisor could see all applicants and their current status.

This workflow would be required by 1st July.

I have suggested Insightly but this could work well on a number of platforms, like Google Apps etc.

If you wish to handle this project please let me know which platform you'd be recommending.

Alternatively, this could be an iOS app but only for a limited (very) audience.
