An encryption consultant is currently needed in the New York City metro area. More specifically, someone that has implemented a one-time password algorithm. The person should not only have implementation experience but have a solid understanding of algorithms. The types of algorithms I am looking for are RSA, H-MAC or OATH algorithms (or anything similar). PhD in math helps but is not required.
