Build me an app ecosystem

I have been in the media and advertising industry for over 15 years. I am looking to build a product that's one of its kind. It aims to bridge large gaps that exist in marketing's understanding of the consumers it sells to.

I need to build a gamified app that will have an elaborate latticing of information across users and tagged data points. This platform will incorporate game theory, payment gateways and an elaborate search/ retrieve function.

I aim to go live with the first version of the app by September week1.

The right person will be a gamer at heart; understand how motivation and reward work, will be a tech wizard (since I am not), will have exemplary work ethic - promise something, deliver on promise on time, and should be an overall nice person.
