Fix Android bug. Dragging "View" is going out of the screen

Hi
I have an android app and when i move the pieces it goes outside the screen and i cannot re-drag back. And the pieces do not have to go over the banner admob.
- Bottom, left, right outbound 70% from piece
- top no outbound
On left site, bottom side and right side, pieces cannot be dragged too deep because are lost. pieces may be dragged max 70% of their size.
