We are a respected regional local bank based in Indonesia with all relevant licenses to conduct their business. The bank is a standalone bank mainly targeting the mass market for savings and short term loans. All operations are currently one outlet based and we do not have any ATM network or net baking services.
We are planning on expanding our banking business and consumer base by going into net banking through an app to create a virtual bank where in the prospective account holder never has to come to the bank and can operate his bank account anywhere in Indonesia or any country, provided he furnishes his details as required by government.
The App must cover the following activities
1. App must be available on Google play store for both Android and IOS
2. Home page to highlight different accounts options and bank offers from time to time
3. Account opening with key info and automatic authentications of information to give qualified leads
4. Access to account statement and transaction highlights
5. Notifications of deposits and withdrawals in real time
6. Monthly reminder for recurring deposits
7. Provision for automatic converting Rp XX deposits into Felixi FD Certificate with unique no. With Built in Option for having lucky draw based on Certificate unique no
8. Payment gate ways to receive payments and to make payments to other banks or make internet purchases etc could consider having an ewallet type payment system with OTP security
9. The app should be able to give us information on customer usage pattern and buying habits and analytics to better serve them
10. Call & Chat service to direct interact with our customer center
11. Invite friend/s with prior approval. Inform them about his lucky draw win etc etc
12. We would like the app to have provision to offer special consumer products on installments with payment reminders or outright sale at special discounts
Companies that have in the past developed internet banking systems and can offer of the shelve solutions with built in high security protocol will be given preference.
