I will required someone who can develop a similar website as [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] or www.1x.com. The full detailed of the features are attached. Please read carefully and propose us with your proposal on how you will be developing this website.
This project is consist of 2 Phase. The first phase is to build the entire framework, system and database. The second phase is to build the estore system where all member of our website can sell their photos as stocks photo. Please check the concept of www.1x.com. As for this project is phase one and whoever won this project. will also be awarded for the second phase.
I required this website (Phase One) to be live at 5th January 2012 for beta testing and has to be ONLINE with stable release on 10 February 2012.
I'm open and welcome with all suggestion from all freelancer on how you will be developing this site in terms of programming language, database or maybe a ready script which we can purchase to minimize cost and time and also to minimize the usage of server infrastructure when this website become big. I'm also considering use WP + [url removed, login to view] Platform Pro. If you familiar with it, I would be very interested. I need it to be done this way so that I can modify the template easily.
I don't have high budget for this project, I can estimate of US$ 500 to cover this project till phase one completion. Second phase will be $300.
