need to create premium plugin in osclass.

in osclass there is a premium post option but it is not available during item post page, and only after a ad is published he can make it is as a premium post. i want to create a plugin so that user can select it in ad post page itself.
the plugin should have option to specify price for each category and with ccavenue payment integration.
you can check the vivastreet websites premium post option in item post page for my requirement.
it should have a info link for user to show how this plugin work.
