Quick PHP Edit for Cross Browser Functionality

Hi All,
I recently had a Php script not finished by a developer I was working with. He left a portion of this not functional across multiple browsers.

When you click on one of the listings, you can open up an "image gallery" for each of the properties. Unfortunately there are errors with the code somewhere that make this functionality not work within Internet Explorer, or some other browsers. Right now it only seems to work with internet explorer.
My other developer wasn't able to get back to me to fix this, so I need to get someone on the job ASAP.
It should be a very relatively easy fix.
