This is not for a full Website or Full Template design just some minor changes to the code that need to be done.
I am looking for Web designer that is seriously knowledge in Joomla, hard scripting, Bootstrap and CSS to improve a template that was purchased on themeforest for a new client.

The work on this project should not take more than three maximum five days.
The front page will look like the following but will keep the Flash effect.
The object of the project is to change the dark theme of the template with the following colors:
The template is perfect for what the company is looking for but template needs two top menus so are extra top menu will have to be added with social buttons and a left module and a right module that can be easily turned on and off with a lot more positions added like the following website:
Template image:
Light gray-background and body
White-body, second top menu, Body.
Light and White-The Body will be a mixture.
Sky blue-social media buttons, bottom
Dark Blue-Bottom
CSS:
Grey-Fonts- light grey with bold Dark grey
Sky and Dark Blue-Links, All links and mouse over will be sky blue and Dark Blue.
The improvements I am looking for are mostly CSS and XHTML with minor PHP changes but mostly CSS.
Menu and logo to remain when scrolling
Adding shadows to the pages and slide shows.
Adding a newsletter extension and scripting for Employment and Pool Parties form
The only template hard scripting would be adding module positions and variations and creating frames.
