Word Press Design Template and Website

Dear Bidders -

I would like to create a WordPress for an imminent event coming up. Please find the sketch of the files attached, which includes the photo that I would like to use as the background. Here is what I would like:

1. The Title Text:

Home On The Grange

A Celebration of Local Food and Craft Brew

9/24/11 2pm-5pm & 6pm-9pm

This title text probably needs to be combined into the photo via Photoshop, so there is some simple graphic design work needed here. This Title Text should link back to the home page.

2. Floating Windows:

Left Side is the Nav Bar, and states:

About

Tickets

Partners

Non-Profit

Media

Contact Us

Right Side will be the main window, which will feature the page that the left side nav bar calls up. The text and content for the main window will be provided when the bid is awarded. The Tickets page will involve an embed code from a third-party ticket provider.

3. Timing

I would like to finish a sketch of this in 2 days, and I would like to spend the 5 days afterwards debugging, editing and implementing.
