We would like a site to have enough information on homepage, but not too busy. Example like [login to view URL] and www.mthai.com. We would like our site to have many feature as follow

feature 1. Camfrog - we would like to have clone camfrog feature with upgrade and can view up to five webcams showing on the page. User able to listen and talk to each other through this site. User A can leave message for user B once left the room. Once user B log in to the site it will show message in the inbox that there is message. If user A did not know what is the user B member name. User A can browse to see the profile to see if the member name for user A is correct. Also user can chat with other end and our company representative about our product
Feature 2: Karaoke online. User can upload and download song to place their voice and remix the song online and able to sent via email and ringtone in picture and song.
Feature 3: Webex - user able to use the service in distance learning by seeing the instructor live and able to communicate between the instructor and a student by voice and text. Also instructor able to point a cursor on the page and the student able to see the samething just like the feature in www.webex.com. It can interactive with more than 50 student at a time.
Feature 4: Blog - Myspace - user able to edit their personal information and need to have a feature that it can transfer file from myspace to Boo-goo site. It also can Hi5 combine.
Feature 5: Money Transfer - User can transfer money to overseas by transfer money from bank account, credit card or cash. Just like Paypal or Western Union
Feature 6: Movie on demand and music download - User able to upload song and movie on the site, so other user can download just like the site [login to view URL]
Feature 7. Dating & Matching - user able to find their loveone.
Feature 8: Search Engine - Customer able to find information from this site in both Thai/English language
Feature 9: Shopping site- Customer able shop through our site and we will get a commission for the transaction.
FEATURE 10: ALBUM VOTE - user able to vote on the best performance
