Designing a WordPress multi-page template theme

We need a WordPress them that contain four page templates - a different view for home, inside page, blog and landing page.
This is for a mostly non-blog site that wants to promote a single product for multi-use.
Home and Landing pages need separate featured content galleries or featured pages gallery.
The inner page template needs to contain a photo gallery.
The footer must contain a contact-us form.
The blog page can be a more standard WordPress blog-type template.
The theme must also include:
social media sharing
all in one SEO
page tags
google analytics
See the attached jpgs for examples of what the page templates need to look like.
All graphics will be provided according to the template needs. This is for the theme layout and functionality only.
Please note that payment will be made after the theme is tested and is found to be functioning as required.
Please only bid if you are indeed an experience WordPress theme developer that can handle developing a multiple page template theme.
We must approve your work 100% before any money is paid. this is to make sure that no one tries to pass themselves off as competent when they are not. After 100% completion of the project, we will pay you in full. We will test the template in our site on our server. If we don't approve your work or would like revisions to be made to the design within the scope of work, we expect this to be done in a timely manner.
I will be on hand to provide you with all the information you will need and to answer questions as they may arise. Skype is an excellent medium for this.
