Need to create a website for a liquor store with WordPress. Site needs to integrate a shopping cart with around 900 products. Site needs to calculate shipping costs and account for all the special/legal needs to ship/sell online to people of legal age. Website will have roughly 900 products (beer, wine, liquor) and needs to incorporate a shopping cart to purchase alcoholic beverages online for pickup in the store. The website would need to take into consideration the legal aspects of selling alcohol online and would have to accomodate California Laws. Website would need to process orders for pickup in-store in real time, so when people placed an order they would get an email in their store so they could prepare it for pickup. The website also needs to process payments online for shipments a delivery of purchases.
Each product needs to be customized so it's easy for client to update products. For example, for a liquor bottle there should be these fields: Item name, brand, category, alcohol %, price, size/volume, quantity, picture, sku #, description, ratings, etc. Products would need to be searchable by everything listed in the sentence before this so the site's search function would pull information from all of these custom fields
You would be provided with a PSD mockup and you would need to convert it to WordPress.
The theme you would start with would be one selected from Elegant Themes ([login to view URL]) and you would then customize it to fit our PSD mockup. You would integrate a shopping cart plugin and customize it for our needs. You would be responsible for data entry for all the products as well.
