WordPress Membership Restrictions to Database

I have a WordPress site with membership levels, of course. I have a database of 5-6 workbooks with columns A-Z, (Ms Excel) I want to share if subscribers have paid. Free members can see maybe 2-3 rows only. Paid subscribers can see all rows but NOT all columns. Best paid members can see all rows and all columns. Willing to change the Excel to another format if necessary. Restrict sharing the URL, complete documentation required, maybe WP 2014 Theme (adjustable) and bug testing your script.
