I need a simple software program that will do the following: I would like to offer a program to subscribers who will download prearranged video and audio files to their computers. These files must be packaged in such a way as to allow the user to select which files will play and at what times. The program should also allow the files to play randomly, intermittently. ALSO, subscribers with the capability, must be able to upload personalized vieo, audio content to selected files that can be manipulated. The objective this software is simple. A stand-alone application that would basically be a scheduling agent that can take a group of media clips (audio, video, or animations) and make a play list. As a prevention to unauthorized users getting access to these files, perhaps the software could have a proprietary file format that is unknown to most computer programs, but accepted by the website that has the interface. This would allow the content to be somewhat difficult to distribute because of the custom file extensions. Regardless, the versions should accept most of the popular media formats: WAV MP3 Mp4 Quick Time Windows Media Audio Windows Media Video I would like MAC users to be able to use this software as well. The selected programmer must have a good command of the English language and offer suggestions as to how to improve or expand the software applications. PLEASE NOTE: If you are able to provide professional audio, video or animated content, please make that a part of your bid. HOWEVER, if not, make sure your bid reflects not being able to do so. This must be a simple and streamlined process for the subscriber, who, after making the purchase, follows the prompts to download the software program from a website, or receives instructions on how to download the program to a computer (via and email address perhaps), saves the program onto the desktop. The user must then be able to simply run the program with the various files listed, and specify the time of play.
