I am seeking a php script (with possibly mysql backend) to prepare a simple Parenting plan. A parenting plan is a document where husband and wife who have separated set down in writing agreements between them about their children's upbringing - including where and with whom the child will live, access arrangements for the other parent, holiday arrangements, communications between parents and between parent and child, schooling,and financial matters.
There would need to be a registration process, email details and checking that the person exists. The partner should then be able to be invited if the first person wishes. The partner would be given a copy of the first parent's proposal that they could modify if the wish. There needs to be a number of "pages" where information is input via web forms into individual plans. When complete the plan should be able to be downloaded as a pdf or a doc file - the parties can then work outside the system to get agreement etc.
The process needs to be able to merge some introductory pages, help pages between sections and final pages that give us some space for advertising our legal firm.
I will provide examples of the input and output pages required. The program needs to be standalone capable of being run on a standard linux Debian 6 shared host.
