Upgrade PHP code to 5.4 and change absolute paths to relative

We are about to move our systems to a new server with another directory structure.
We need help to upgrade our PHP code to be PHP 5.4 compatible and to change absolute paths to relative.
All relevant files will be copied to a new location on our server and you will get access via FTP.
What we need:
1. Analyze and upgrade PHP code to 5.4
Analyze the code with a code sniffer and verify that it's PHP 5.4 compatible. Present PHP version is 5.3.3 (but a few programs give warnings).
Make necessary adjustments in code and verify.
2. Change absolute to relative paths
We have analyzed this and changes have to be done in about 130 programs. You will receive a list of the programs.
Milestones:
30% after verification of relative paths
30% after delivery of 5.4 compatible programs
40% after successful move of all software the new server
